If the project is completed, there is a number of people in the society who will benefit. It will be of prime importance to the nurses who are undergoing compassion fatigue. This study will play a major role in ensuring that physical and psychological well-being of such nurses is maintained. It will also ensure that the patients have access to proper care, as nurses will be less distracted by confusion and stress that emanate from the compassion fatigue that they derive from their jobs and environment.
