The Internet plays a critical role in the progressive development of the modern economy. This research topic aims at identifying some of the factors that may influence the consumer actions in Saudi Arabia while purchasing products online. The topic is relevant since online shopping is rapidly evolving in Saudi Arabia due to the development of its ICT sphere. This study intends to investigate the various options of funding the SMEs in Saudi Arabia. The research topic is relevant since the SMEs are believed to have accelerated the rate of economic growth in Saudi Arabia in 2009, as stated by Governor Muhammad Al-Jasser. However, according to the study conducted by Zawya, 29% of the 1.97 million SMEs that had been licensed in January 2014 were shut down due to various financial difficulties. Therefore, there is a need to discover some of the available alternatives for funding these enterprises.
